Cancellations and issue handling

You may request an order edit or cancellation before the weekly cutoff. Once ordering is closed, changes may be limited because packing and delivery planning will already be underway.

Please report delivery issues or damaged produce on the day of delivery. We will review the issue and advise you on the available replacement or refund options.
